This Refund Policy applies to Doric Stack direct purchases from Doric Stack LLC through doricstack.com or Doric Stack-owned Paddle checkout links.
Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, including Apple App Store, are governed by that marketplace’s refund process. If you bought through a marketplace, request the refund through that platform.

Downloadable desktop apps
Doric Stack software is licensed digital software. Direct downloadable app purchases are final once a license, activation credential, download, or app access has been issued, activated, or used, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. That right is lost only where you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right once delivery begins. Where applicable law gives a withdrawal or cancellation right for digital content, Doric Stack will not rely on a withdrawal-right waiver unless the checkout or related purchase flow collected the consent, acknowledgment, and disclosure required for that waiver.
Doric Stack reviews limited refund requests within 14 days of purchase when:
- A duplicate purchase happened.
- The purchase was unauthorized.
- A material product defect prevents normal use in a supported environment and Doric Stack cannot resolve it after reasonable troubleshooting.
- Doric Stack materially misdescribed the product at checkout.
Refunds are not available because a project is finished, because a user changed their mind after using the product, because the product was used in an unsupported environment, or for abuse, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Opening a chargeback before contacting support may limit Doric Stack‘s ability to troubleshoot or resolve the purchase directly. Nothing in this policy limits lawful chargeback, billing-dispute, or consumer-protection rights.
Subscriptions
For subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewal billing. Doric Stack does not normally provide partial-period or prorated refunds for the current billing period unless applicable law, Paddle buyer terms, marketplace rules, or written terms require it.
Subscription pages and checkout should state the renewal price, renewal interval, cancellation path, and any trial or introductory terms before payment. If those disclosures are wrong, contact support.
Consulting and services
Consulting services are governed by the written scope, booking terms, statement of work, or payment terms for that engagement.
If a consulting session has not started, Doric Stack may reschedule it or refund it according to the written scope or booking terms. Work that has already been delivered is not normally refundable unless the written scope says otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Paddle processing
Paddle may process product checkout, taxes, invoices, payment records, buyer support, subscription administration, and refunds for Doric Stack direct purchases. Granted refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible, usually within five to ten business days once granted. Bank and card-network timing can affect when the money appears on your statement.
If Paddle buyer terms or applicable local law provide greater refund or withdrawal rights than this policy, those terms or laws control.

- The email address used for the purchase.
- Product name.
- Paddle transaction or invoice ID, if available.
- Marketplace receipt or order identifier, if the purchase was made through a marketplace.
- A short description of the issue.
Doric Stack may ask for reasonable troubleshooting details before granting a refund.
