These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of doricstack.com and related Doric Stack web pages. The site is operated by Doric Stack LLC (“Doric Stack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What Doric Stack provides
Doric Stack is a software studio for payment infrastructure, AI systems, product architecture, technical writing, and related advisory work.
The site may include:
- Field Notes, diagrams, source trails, and technical writing.
- Product pages and links to external checkout, app stores, GitHub, product sites, downloads, license portals, or documentation.
- Consulting descriptions and links to booking, payment, or contact tools.
- Contact forms, support paths, email links, or external scheduling flows.
- Doric Stack brand, product, software, diagram, and visual materials.
No first-party account system on this site
Doric Stack does not create first-party user accounts on doricstack.com. Product purchases, app installs, payment records, invoices, license portals, subscription administration, support records, and booking flows are handled through external platforms where those platforms are used.
Informational content
Field Notes, diagrams, examples, code snippets, and technical writing are provided for informational purposes. They are not legal, tax, financial, security, compliance, or professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating whether any idea, architecture pattern, product, code sample, or recommendation fits your system, legal duties, compliance posture, security needs, and commercial constraints.
Consulting
Consulting services require a separate written scope, booking, payment arrangement, statement of work, or agreement. Content on the site does not create a consulting engagement by itself. If a consulting package has its own terms, scope, refund rule, or statement of work, that separate agreement controls for that engagement.
Products and third-party checkout
Product pages may link to external checkout, app stores, license portals, downloads, product sites, or support pages. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, refund rules, taxes, fees, account flows, marketplace controls, and support processes.
Doric Stack is not responsible for third-party platforms except where applicable law or a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attack, overload, scrape abusively, reverse engineer access controls, or interfere with the site.
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, endpoint, license portal, checkout path, or service.
- Misuse contact forms, booking flows, reactions, support channels, or security reports.
- Copy, resell, frame, or misrepresent Doric Stack content, brand assets, visuals, diagrams, products, or software.
- Use the site in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
The Doric Stack site, name, brand assets, graphics, writing, diagrams, layouts, source text, product descriptions, and original materials are owned by Doric Stack or its licensors unless stated otherwise. All rights are reserved.
You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not use Doric Stack logos, marks, screenshots, product names, source text, product visuals, or brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or ownership without permission.
Open-source projects linked from the site are governed by their own licenses.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites, services, repositories, app stores, payment processors, booking tools, social platforms, or product pages. Doric Stack does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, policies, security, availability, or practices.
Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Doric Stack DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, AND SECURITY.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doric Stack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or other losses arising from or related to use of the site.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Doric Stack‘s total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Doric Stack in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Dispute resolution and arbitration
Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, under the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitrator decides all issues, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration agreement. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
You and Doric Stack agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. This does not waive any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms and stating your intent to opt out. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue is the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Doric Stack from and against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of your misuse of the site, content you submit, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Suspension and termination
Doric Stack may suspend or end your access to the site at any time for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law survive any termination.
Privacy and refunds
Use of the site is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Refunds for Doric Stack direct purchases are covered by the Refund Policy. Downloadable Doric Stack software is licensed under the End User License Agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision is limited or severed and the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable End User License Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Doric Stack about the site and supersede prior discussions. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Doric Stack may assign them, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Doric Stack is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Doric Stack may update these Terms as the site, products, processors, or services change.
